Cancellation policies of the establishment

  • Free cancellation more than 2 days before the arrival date.
  • Cancellation within 48 days prior to the arrival date, a 100% penalty of the total reservation cost applies.
  • No Show - If the client does not show up, a 100% penalty of the total reservation cost applies.
  • Change and cancellation policies apply.
  • Early departures do not apply refunds.
  • The client will have to pay in advance the total price of the reservation during the 48 hours before the arrival date. *

Important notes

  • The client also has the option of modifying the date of their reservation WITHOUT SUFFERING PENALTIES as long as they contact us by phone or by email AT LEAST 1 DAY BEFORE THE DATE ON WHICH YOUR RESERVATION WAS ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED so that we can make the relevant changes. Any cancellation or modification must be confirmed by the hotel electronically for it to be considered valid. Restrictions apply. * Subject to availability.
  • All modifications related to change of dates, room type or number of rooms must be requested in advance.
  • All changes will be subject to availability, check with our agents if there are rooms available for the date that interests you.
  • The new reservation date must not exceed 3 months after the originally reserved date and cannot be modified more than once.
  • Does not apply in high season, holidays and weekends.

Cancellation policies for long weekends and high seasons.

  • Free cancellation more than 14 days before the arrival date.
  • Cancellation 4 to 14 days before the arrival date, a 20% penalty of the total reservation cost applies.
  • Cancellation 2 to 3 days before the arrival date, a penalty of 30% of the total reservation cost applies.
  • Cancellation 1 day before the arrival date, a penalty of 50% of the total reservation cost applies.
  • No Show - If the client does not show up, a 100% penalty of the total reservation cost applies.

Refund Policy

A refund will only be made in the case of errors attributable to Hotel Ashly and which would be the following cases:

  • When in adherence to the Hotel Ashly Cancellation Policies the guest is entitled to receive a refund.
  • ALL reimbursement will be made exclusively by means of a bank deposit or electronic transfer directly to the client's account. NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
  • In the event that the payment has been made by credit or debit card, A CHARGE OF 10% WILL APPLY ON THE TOTAL PAYMENT BY CONCEPT OF COMMISSIONS.
  • Refunds can take 5 to 15 days before being reflected in the customer's statement. If not, please contact our accounting department to verify the status of your refund.
